PERSPEKTIVE (ENGLISH BELOW)
Ein aktives europäisches Netzwerk aus Stakeholdern aus Haftanstalten und der Inklusion, ein ambitioniertes Ziel? In der Vorgeschichte zu diesem Projekt wurden viele erfolgreichen Meilensteine erreicht, unter anderem wurde Next Steps (als direktes Vorgängerprojekt) von der deutschen nationalen Agentur als good practise Projekt vorgestellt. Dementsprechend waren und sind die Erwartungen hoch an das Konsortium aus 11 Projektpartner sowie 6 Haftanstalten und 1 Justizverwaltung als assoziierte Partner. Übergeordnetes Ziel dieses Projektes, wie auch bei seinen Vorgängern, soll es sein die Inklusion von ehemalgien Inhaftierten in den Arbeitsmarkt zu erleichtern und auch aktiv zu unterstützen. Schon vor dem offiziellen Projektstart [01.12.2023] haben sich am 15.11.2023 haben sich insgesamt 22 Vertreter:innen des Projektkonsortiums zur ersten Kennenlern- und Koordinierungsrunde getroffen.
Die geplanten Ergebnisse des Netzwerks und der assoziierten Haftanstalten:
PERSPEKTIVE – Handbuch
Die drei geplanten Outputs sollen dafür sorgen, dass der Impact dieses Projektes auf vielen Ebenen erlebbar wird. Zum einen soll ein erlebnispädagogisches Handbuch konkrete Handlungsmöglichkeiten für die direkte Arbeit mit den Inhaftierten aufzeigen. Durch klare Zielvereinbarungen und Phasen, von der Recherche bis zur Übersetzung in verschiedene Sprachen, bieten wir den assoziierten Haftanstalten eine Anleitung für die Anwendung erlebnispädagogischer Ansätze. Das Handbuch zielt darauf ab, berufsbezogene Kompetenzen von Inhaftierten zu stärken und wird in vier Kapiteln verschiedene Aspekte der Erlebnispädagogik im Strafvollzug behandeln.
PERSPEKTIVE – Magazin
Ein wichtiger Schritt hin zur Vernetzung von Haftanstalten und aktiven Organisationen im Bereich der Arbeit mit Inhaftieren ist die Erstellung und Distribution eines hochwertigen Printmagazins, das Berichte, Reportagen und Interviews aus verschiedenen europäischen Vollzugsanstalten präsentiert. Das Magazin, in den Sprachen Englisch, Deutsch, Griechisch, Italienisch, Isländisch, Rumänisch und Türkisch, wird dazu beitragen, Vorurteile abzubauen und ehemaligen Inhaftierten Beschäftigungsperspektiven zu bieten. Die Verbreitung erfolgt sowohl in gedruckter Form als auch digital über verschiedene Kanäle Dieses soll mindestens in 100facher Auflage pro Sprache herausgegeben werden.
PERSPEKTIVE – NETZWERK
Alle Partner sind im Laufe des Projektes aktiv daran beteiligt, mit Hilfe ihres Know-How, den erschaffenden Produkten sowie ihrem bestehenden Umfeld, ein lebendiges und professionelles europäisches PERSPEKTIVE-Netzwerk aufzubauen. Dieses Netzwerk hat als Ziel den Austausch von Bediensteten in Vollzugsanstalten zu fördern und weitere aktuelle und zukünftigen Stakeholder dabei zu unterstützen, die erfolgreiche Integration von Inhaftierten in den Arbeitsmarkt europaweit zu vereinfachen. Die Erfahrungen aus vorangegangenen Projekten zeigen, dass es bisher keine europäischen Netzwerke auf dieser Ebene gibt, was jedoch einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Schaffung Standards für inklusive Ansätze im Strafvollzug leisten könnte. Durch persönliche Treffen in den assoziierten Vollzugsanstalten wollen wir nicht nur die tägliche Arbeit kennenlernen, sondern auch die Atmosphäre erleben und Erfahrungen austauschen, um die Wiedereingliederung von Inhaftierten zu verbessern.

PERSPEKTIVE (ENGLISH VERSION)
An active European network of stakeholders from prisons and inclusion, an ambitious goal? Many successful milestones were achieved in the history of this project, including Next Steps (as a direct predecessor project) being presented by the German national agency as a good practice project. Accordingly, expectations were and are high for the consortium of 11 project partners as well as 6 prisons and 1 Administration of justice as associated partners. The overarching aim of this project, as with its predecessors, is to facilitate and actively support the inclusion of former prisoners in the labour market. Even before the official start of the project [01.12.2023], a total of 22 representatives of the project consortium met on 15.11.2023 for the first meeting and coordination round.

PERSPEKTIVE-Handbook
The three planned outputs should ensure that the impact of this project can be experienced on many levels. On the one hand, an experiential education handbook is intended to show concrete possibilities for action for direct work with the inmates. Through clear objectives and phases, from research to translation into different languages, we provide associated prisons with guidance on how to apply experiential education approaches. The handbook aims to strengthen job-related skills of prisoners and will cover different aspects of experiential education in prison in four chapters.
PERSPEKTIVE-Magazine
An important step towards networking prisons and organizations active in the field of working with prisoners is the creation and distribution of a high-quality print magazine that presents reports, features, and interviews from various European prisons. The magazine, which is available in English, German, Greek, Italian, Icelandic, Romanian and Turkish, will help to break down prejudices and offer employment prospects to former prisoners. It will be distributed both in printed form and digitally via various channels and will be published in at least 100 copies per language.
PERSPEKTIVE-Network
All partners are actively involved in building a vibrant and professional European PERSPEKTIVE network with the help of their know-how, the products they create and their existing environment. The aim of this network is to promote the exchange of prison staff and to support other current and future stakeholders in facilitating the successful integration of prisoners into the labour market throughout Europe. Experience from previous projects shows that there are no European networks at this level, but this could make a significant contribution to creating standards for inclusive approaches in the prison system. Through face-to-face meetings in the associated prisons, we not only want to get to know the daily work, but also experience the atmosphere and exchange experiences in order to improve the reintegration of prisoners.
